A good beginning...

"Brevity is a great charm of eloquence."

With that in mind, I will try to be brief. The reason that we (the Sieglings) are here is to work, and that is what I plan on doing. I have been playing Shadow Siege for some many months now, and as a player, I think it goes without saying that it is the best game I have played. But, this isn't my first rodeo: I have a wealth of experience insofar as building and administration goes, as I've been doing it for the last six years or so, and I've been playing MU*'s for longer than that. It is my hope that I can use the skills that I have developed to improve Shadow Siege.

The first order of concern is, as my fellow Sieglings have mentioned, getting to the backlog of housing and custom item requests. As soon as training is completed, I will do my best (in conjunction with the other Sieglings) to get to those requests, but that is only the beginning. Once we have dealt with those requests, our goal is to establish a 48 hour turnover on all new requests. In my mind, this is a very realistic aim, and is a level of service you should look for in the future.

"All pain is either severe or slight, if slight, it is easily endured; if severe, it will without doubt be brief."

In the meantime, please bear with us. I know that the lethargic nature of requests can be painful for RP, but I think it is a slight pain...and one that will not be lasting.
